From the initial contact, through the inspection process and any follow-up contacts, Northeastern focuses on the client. We attempt to provide answers to all of your questions, schedule the inspection to meet your time frames, and provide you with a report at the end of the inspection.

Our client is the only person to receive the report. As a matter of fact, you get the original. We do not disclose the report or it's contents to brokers, mortgage companies or attorneys.

We document what we find. We do not embellish problems nor do we underplay the significance. We focus on your understanding of the problems uncovered during the inspection.

Educational
Learning about the condition of the property is the main thrust of the inspection. We take that further and educate clients on how to operate the main systems (e.g. heating system, etc.) and also how to maintain the systems and components of the home (e.g. water heater, siding, etc.)

We respect our clients' privacy about the inspection as well as the property we inspect. We do not move, dismantle or change the homeowner's furniture, systems or stored items. We leave the property in the same condition as we found it.
