Home Inspection:

A visual inspection of the condition of the home on the day of inspection. It covers the exterior from the roof down to the foundation, and on the interior from the basement up through the attic area and includes all the mechanical systems. The inspection is conducted according to the standards of practice set forth by the Massachusetts home inspector licensing board (CMR266) and the ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) Standards of Practice.


Wood Boring Insect Inspection:

An inspection to determine the presence of termites, carpenter ants and powder post beetles.


Radon Air Testing:

We adhere to EPA protocols and use EPA approved devices. Choose between charcoal canisters or the continuous monitor. For more information about radon, go to www.epa.gov/radon/



Water Quality Analysis:

Samples are drawn and brought to an EPA approved lab for processing.
